Janaína Lima
It’s important for you to know how the Janaína Lima Method came about. Let me tell you a little about my story and how I got here.
I have a degree in administration and an MBA in Finance. I used to work as a financial manager in Brazil, and everything was going well. But in 2015, my husband received a job offer in South Africa, and that’s where it all began, although I didn’t know it at the time.
When I arrived, I fell in love with South Africa, but after a few months, I started to miss my work and feeling useful. I found myself only taking care of the house, which wasn’t a bad thing, but it wasn’t what I was used to. I wanted more in my life.
So, in 2017, I started specializing in eyelash extensions, and while attending to my clients, I noticed that many of them also wanted manual massage. I decided to seek knowledge in this area in Brazil and fell in love with the profession.
In 2018, I founded BeautyBrazil.SA and immersed myself in the world of manual massage. I took various courses to learn new techniques and skills, investing heavily in knowledge. Unsatisfied, I decided to start studying physiotherapy.
As a physiotherapy student, I fell in love again, this time with the human body. Over time, I began to combine my knowledge of the human body with my massage techniques, seeing incredible results in my clients. I discovered that I had something powerful in my hands, a unique massage method, unlike anything I had ever seen. I organized my knowledge and developed the Janaína Lima Method and the Brazilian massage workshop.
